Fishermen house Murter A2+1 – island Zminjak

The fisherman’s house is located on the islet of Zminjak, near the island of Murter. A boat is included in the price of the house, and can be used for free. The house has one bedroom with a double bed. The house has a living room which can be used for sleeping. The house is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, utensils for cooking and eating, and a radio receiver. The house has a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Type of lighting – solar energy, electricity is 12V. The house is located on the ground floor, the size of the terrace is 15 square meters. The house has a sea view. Pets are allowed with an additional charge. Car parking is provided and free of charge on the island of Murter. There is an outdoor grill which can be used free of charge. The water is from the cistern.
