In the "How to book" section, we describe how to find and book suitable accommodation quickly and easily:

1. Search for the category you are interested in:

a) Specify the date of arrival and departure
b) Choose from the following types of accommodation: villas, vacation homes, apartments, rooms, fishermen's houses - Robinson tourism
c) Choose the number of people
d) Click "Search"

2. Choose the units you like

3. Submit a request for unit availability

a) After clicking on the apartment in "See details" in the calendar, click on "Selection", select the date of arrival and departure.
b) The period of inquiry in the calendar will be marked in green and the "SEND INQUIRY" option will open automatically, click on this option and fill in the data.
c) Upon receipt of your inquiry, we will respond as soon as possible.

4. Reserve what is available

Once you have noticed which accommodations are available, choose the one you like the most and start the booking process by confirming your unit reservation.

5. Confirmation of reservation by prepayment

When you decide to book your accommodation, you must pay a deposit which is a percentage of the full accommodation price:

- 10% - 30% depending on the chosen accommodation for apartments, rooms, villas, holiday homes and robinson houses (the rest is payable directly on arrival to the owner (or agency) according to the voucher received.

The advance payment must be made within 24 hours of the season (July 1 - September 1) or within 2 days for the remainder of the year. The payment confirmation must then be sent by e-mail or fax to the agency.

After receiving the payment, the reservation will be confirmed.

6. Arrival

Check-in: after 14:00, Check-out: until 10:00

Check-in of guests upon arrival: upon arrival directly with the apartment owner in Murter or with an employee of the MURTER-ONLINE.COM agency
